My husband and 12 yo son parasailed and thought it was a great experience.

My 10 yo son and I stayed on the beach. He built sand castles and played in the water. Actually saw a small sand shark which was exciting.

We were traveling with another family and the four kids did the aqua park and the water slide. While they thought the aqua park was alright.... they loved the water slide. It is on the beach, and doesn't slide right into the water, which they thought would be a bummer.... but they loved it.

The sand is a little like the texture of clay so it feels somewhat slimy.

The CocoLoco drink of the day is yummy and the bar b que buffet was very nice.

All in all it was a nice day.

Jet Boat Ride Rating:

The first snorkel location was Christmas Cove. We had been to St Thomas/ St John a few years ago and thought Christmas Cove was not one of the better snorkel spots.

Second stop was turtle cove. We did see several Sea turtles and that was quite cool. There really wasn't anything else to see there though.

If you are looking for a fun boat ride and swimming with sea turtles, it is a good excursion. If your looking for excellent coral and many varieties of sea life, these snorkel spots were not outstanding.

Port Rating:

We saw sting ray and star fish and jack fish.

But the fun in in the sailing and at the second stop the crew lets out the tarzan swing, which is a trapeze like swing and everyone had a great time swing off the boat into the water.

Diane cooked us a fantastic lunch and made sure we were back in time to get back to the ship and even called a cab to meet us at the dock.

We all really enjoyed our day on Random Wind. If you go to St Marten .... look them up.
