We loved Labadee and the frozen drink served there (the Labadoozie!). We upgraded to an over-the-water cabana and highly recommend that. The complimentary lunch buffet was terrific. Swimming was gentle but there wasn't much to see snorkeling (unless you go on an excursion I guess -- we didn't).
Could have skipped Falmouth. Long bus ride to our excursion (Dunns River Falls). Climbing the falls was fun. Everything else was boring. Lots of nice guides but each one has their hand out. (To be expected?)
It was fun but it was too hot in early September for running around downtown and there wasn't enough time in water. This was advertised as being for all ages. Do not bring a baby the way we did! It should have been advertised as age 5+. Be aware that you will be spending your time downtown and not doing much swimming.
