We were given the equipment and then pointed towards the water. Having never snorkeled we relied on fellow passengers to explain how to put on the vest and blow it up. How to get a tight seal on the mask, how to blow through the snorkel and not drink the salt water. The representatives were friendly enough.
Too long not worth the money. They need to reduce the price to an hour long tour/demonstration. The captain and crew were wonderful and informative but they didn't need 3hrs.
