Didnt care for it. A major stop and the area right out the port is dirty and uncared for. You would think the first thing they would want you to see is their best face. All shops seemed the same with mostly indifferent employees. The famous straw market was underwhelming. All have the same stuff, I expected to see made in china labels instead of supposedly being handmade. Lot of jewelry shops but wasnt looking for that. Should have taken a tour but nothing seemed interesting enough. Cant go inside fort Charles and didnt care for nature hikes. Didnt do a beach day since we were supposed to be in Cocobay the nest day. Overall, I will avoid other cruises that go to Nassau, or stay on board like alot of others did.
Weather cancelled our day in Cocobay so no snorkeling or sun. Wanted to do that there.
Always enjoy KW. Been there several times and even though I have done it before there, I did it again. Good bars and laid back people make for a pleasant trip. Take a hop on/off tour and see the sights. Get a Conch Republic flag for the happy hour back home. Just a good time.
