We love Fort Lauderdale, whether we're cruising or not. We stayed at the Marriott Hotel just across the beach.

Beach is good but I wouldn't say it's spectacular.


City Tour Rating: 3.0 out of 5+
City is where the dock is. There are lots of shopping stores and some restaurants in the area.


Island Tour Rating: 4.0 out of 5+
Island has picturesque views and people were friendly.

Loved Tortola! Very nice views of the islands and the beach was amazing. People were nice.

Nassau
Beach Break Rating: 1.0 out of 5+
A few parts of Nassau are worth seeing but the beaches are not very desirable, unless you stay at the Atlantis (but I don't even know that for sure because Atlantis is quite exclusive). You have to be either checked in at the resort or probably pay a lot of money for the excursion there. Some people in Nassau are not friendly.
