THis is talked about as the port to go shopping. We are not into shopping so we just took a taxi t a beach. I have been to caxumel several time so I know where to go. If you don't know I wold suggest an excursion.

Book a private excursion. THis is the only way to see all the snorkling and diving spots in the short amount of time you have on this island. Great place to visit.
