We just walked around the town in the morning, found the city markets and did a little bit of shopping. They also have a market in the cruise terminal upstairs. Very easy to book a tour in the terminal if you prefer not to book through the cruise company. In the afternoon we did the cheese and wine tasting tour, which included a bus tour of the city with commentary,
