A+ for our tour (segways to the fort). Lot's of fun and a great way to cover the area quickly. Arriving at 7am and on board at 12:30 does not allow time to really see San Juan.
Great Day and Great Service. The Barefoot beach buffet needs to some work. For a "private" suite area to expect people to wait in line for 30+ mins for lunch is ridiculous. I initially took the approach that I would just wait for the line to be shorter. Never happens. When we finally got to the front they ran out of three of the key entrees (steak, shrimp, ribs) so we had to wait for that. They need a process engineer to look at the service as the should be able to move people through much faster. The buffet is poorly layer out. Drinks are at the beginning. This means each person has to stop at each item and put the drink down to serve themselves.
