This is a much smaller port, which requires the ship to tender. The port itself is cozy small and has plenty to explore. Our excursion was amazing. We went cave tubing in Nohoch Cheen.
We rented cars through Alamo just on the outside of the port and traveled to Punta Sur. It was an awesome experience. The beach was secluded and quiet and has a reef about 1/2 mile off-shore. It was somewhat of a tough swim, but definitely worth seeing the reef.
