This is actually Ville Frainche that the boat stops at and access to Ville Frainche by Tender. Easy process, get a ticket (free) get on boat and off you go. Ville Frainche is pretty - lovely restaurants a lovely beach. Worth a visit.
Easy to get a train to Florence and/or Pisa. We chose this option rather than the many excursions offered by Celebrity. Florence and Pisa are both worth visiting.
Docked in Civitaveccia and we made our own way by train to Rome. Very easy as station is very close to where the boat docks. Rome very busy and extremely hot in July. Loved it though - a great city and really worth a visit.
Very pretty place but very touristy. Again we did our own thing rather than ships excursion. Best way to see this Island is to take a boat trip around the island and stop off at deserted coves and beaches. Worth a visit.
Great experience sailing into Venice. We docked overnight so had plenty of time to explore. Again we did out own thing rather than a planned excursion. A must see on a cruise!
Lovely place to stop. Beaches and small historic town. Brilliant tour guide on our walking tour. Well worth booking a tour guide. Took us to the palace. Another favourite stop on this brilliant cruise.
