Lovely town, You can walk into the old town from the ship but it is a good step and in the heat not recommended. It costed 8 euros each for the shuttle buses but it was a good service.
Beautiful place. Very busy. Good shopping and great views from anywhere you stop. Take the cable car not the donkeys as they smell. Don't walk down the donkey route unless you have good closed in foot wear. Donkey excrement everywhere and very very smelly.
First time here for us and we were delighted with the destination. Scenery is stunning, drinks were cheap, Old Town very quaint. Would definitely go there again.
