Not a ton to do if you don't take an excursion. We walked around and did some souvenir shopping.

It seems you have to take some sort of transportation to get away from the the dock area into the main part of the city. We heard the excursions were expensive and not that great. We did not opt to do the city because it was July 4th and extremely crowded.
