I prefer Labadee over Coco Cay. It is larger, more to do and also the Freedom is able to dock. If you need to go back to the ship and return it is a simple process. We loved watched the Zip line and enjoyed the beach.
In Falmouth we stayed in close proximity to the ship. There is a trolley tour that you can take to see the Falmouth area for 15.00 and we did that. The tour guide was fabulous, spoke good English, and we enjoyed the tour.
We booked Cayman Safari and saw the island from a historical perspective and an island perspective. We had a native lunch, stopped at a local fruit stand for a smoothie, toured the botanical garden, visited the highest point on the island, saw fabulous vacation homes. It was a great tour.
We booked a cooking class through RCI and loved it. They took us to Playa Maya and we worked as a team to cook and then eat an appetizer, entree, and desert. We would do it again, it was so much fun.
