	Montego Bay Beach Break Rating: Booked the Irie Mon Beach Party excursion. A short 15 - 20 minute bus trip took us from the dock to Cromwell Beach. Noticed upon entry that the beach was "closed until 3PM" which made it private to the excursion guests. Beautiful white sand beach with lounges provided. Water was pristine! Beach umbrellas were available to rent for $6. Rum punch, sodas, fruit punch and bottled water were complimentary and readily available. A lunch buffet was provided that included jerk chicken and pork, hamburgers, hot dogs, salad, rice and peas, fruit, cookies and cupcakes. Our group thought the food was excellent. Plenty to do at the beach. There was a climbing wall and trampoline set up in the water, areas to snorkel (They will rent snorkel gear but we brought our own) and the hosts set up numerous beach games that one may participate in. My wife followed an approximate 3 foot ray on one of her snorkel dives.

	Grand Cayman Scuba - certified Rating: We took a certified 2 tank dive with Don Foster's Dive Cayman. An exceptional dive experience. Gear was in perfect condition and dive crew were very friendly and helpful. Water temperature was 83 degrees and visibility was 80 feet. Other than great coral, we saw a small nurse shark, lobster, squid, sea turtle, barracuda, lion fish and plenty species of fish.

	Cozumel Culinary Tour Rating: The Salsa and Salsa shore excursion took us from the dock to a resort where we were set up in an open air venue (it was covered and had plenty of fans) to learn to make 7 different types of salsa and 2 different margaritas. This is a hands on experience and was great fun. The margaritas flowed freely during the entire excursion. Afterwards, the tables were cleared from the floor and the salsa dance lessons began. All in all, it was fun but limited time to enjoy the resort's pool/beach afterwards. My only criticism of this excursion was that the transportation from the dock to the resort needs to be better planned. We waited around for about 1/2 hour before the excursion team was able to secure cabs to transport our group of 80.
