When on the tram ride, if they would have shoveled a short area, more people could have enjoyed more of the scenery. People come a long way and spend a lot for thier vacations, just a little extra effort could have made for a better experience.
The description said you must be able to get in and out of raft, it didn't say you would have to hold on for dear life, and stand a lot to avoid injuring your back or tail bone.
