	Barcelona Port Rating: Excellent embarkation, roomy waiting room. Stayed in the heart of Barcelona in La Rambla. Highly recommended. See the Sagrada Familia Cathedral, Gaudi apartments, museums, and eat eat eat. Food is spectacular... tapas in particular

	Nice Best of French Riviera Rating: Brief walking tour of Cannes (during the film festival), nice lunch in Cannes, visit to St. Paul-de-Vence (absolutely charming village with beautiful views), tour of a perfume factory (fascinating and excellent prices on perfumes) in Grasse.

	Florence City Tour Rating: Great opportunity to spend a few hours seeing some highlights of Florence and enjoying some world class gelato. Then, spent some time in Pisa admiring both the famous tower and surrounding church.

	Rome (Civitavecchia) Vatican Museums Rating: Picked the worst possible day to go. There was a religious holiday that day (not the fault of the cruise line, obviously), however, we were not told in advance that this was the case. St. Peter's was an absolute zoo and the crowds were simply stifling. The "skip the line" tour really provided little advantage and because of the number of people in the area, we had little choice but to skip going into St. Peter's itself. We would have at least appreciated a heads up by the operator (Viator) so we would have had the option of picking a different tour.

	Naples Herculaneum Rating: Excellent tour. Great driver, superb guide in Herculaneum. Probably took on too much to see with the time we had, but no one to blame but ourselves for that. Had lunch at an amazing restaurant above Positano. Dropped us in Sorrento to take the ferry back to the Naples port. Really, this tour was one of the real highlights of our entire vacation.

	Kotor Port Rating: Beautiful setting and cruise in. Unfortunately, no time to see Kotor since the weather turned very bad after we returned from our excursion. Excursion was frankly a disappointment other than the drive to the top of the hills looking down on the entire fjord the leads into Kotor. Amazing view. The rest was frankly rather uninteresting history of the region, a museum with some artifacts from previous rulers of the kingdom, and our guide was not the best.

	Venice Port Rating: What's not to like about Venice. The sail in was beyond amazing with the ship playing Italian music as you sailed past St. Mark's and the Grand Canal. We particularly appreciated the overnight stay and ability to have dinner off ship and in a lovely little restaurant in Venice.

	Dubrovnik Walking the Walls Rating: Not Rated Terrific tour and extremely scenic. Guide was very knowledgeable and provide some excellent history of the region with a small bit of political background to help set context.
