Whale watching and mendenhall glacier were booked independently once we got off the ship. There were tour operators in kiosks selling tours. We paid alot less than we would have with RCCL. It was well organized and informative. We saw many whale and several eagles.
The description on line matched the tour, so we got what we paid for, but the dogs seemed lacking in enthusiasm and I wondered if they were as well taken care of as the mushers stated.
