this was a nice island we did the hop on and off bus which was great. people were very nice. happy to have us there. free wi fi spots which was great. shopping was good. very easy access i think we had free shuttle by the town itself
barcelona was very nice. people were very nice. loved the gothic district. decent prices. lots to walk around and see i think we paid 5 or 10 to ship to transport us into town but it wasn't far
for some reason i can't put in port 3 it was in spain mallorca or majorca nothing close to choose from but it was our favorite port!!! the most beautiful flowers!! great buildings! Did the hop on and off bus loved it. I would go back here just for a week and go to a hotel on the beach! Food was good. Easy access from port. people were very nice!
beautiful little seaside town. took short boat over. very easy. not far. train was so close. we took train to monoco, monte carlo then to nice. monte carlo was ok very hilly people not so friendly nice to see once but i wouldn't go back nice was very nice. we went to the old town there. it was quaint and pretty. people not that great. snooty. they had great shops not expensive food was just ok very easy to travel on your own. transportation was like 20 euros tops. compared to 100 excursion you can't beat it people spoke english at train station. many people went out on their own. i did like old town.
it's not really florence port. florence is an hour half away so you better get out very early to go. not sure about getting their on your own you would have to go with ship. we went to livorno which is nothing to write home about. it was cool to see the fresh fruit/veggie markets we ended up taking train to pisa which was quite easy. we loved pisa best pizza in italy (we were in venice three days, tuscany three day and rome two days after ship) pisa was very interesting people were very nice. had lots of architecture and the people were very friendly.
