Loved St. Paul. We had done this tour before with holland. This nice portion was terrible. The bus spent more time by the airport than the main drive. No photo opportunities. The tour guide wasn't very good, spending too much time telling us we came in the rainy season, talking about skiing and school schedules,....
St Paul is the reason to book. One of the most magical places we've very seen!
What a completely unexpected treasure! The sailing in or out alone is magnificent! The town is an easy walk after tendering. We walked around, enjoyed a pizza lunch that was some of the best pizza we have ever had. Guess it doesn't hurt to be that close to Italy!
There is no need to get local currency. Most accept euros or credit card.
Celebrity provided a water taxi shuttle that worked great. Venice is so beautiful it was hard to take it all in. it was very crowded but still enjoyable. we had a good pasta lunch on the canal. We plan to go back and stay for a few days.
