Rainbow Beach which is about a 10 minute walk from the port dock is a great beach! Clear water, good breeze, and plenty of relaxation to be had. Bring lots of sunscreen since the sun is strong. There is a bar and restuarant about 5-10 minutes down the beach.
Went to Monkey Beach on a tour on a cloudy day and the beach was very cold. However, we did see monkeys walking around so that was the highlight of the tour. Island fuana very pretty, but it was a sad island to visit since the sugar cane industry was a majority of the economy and is no longer.
Historic House Rating:
Historic house was pretty and intresting, but nothing you see you cannot see anywhere else in the island.
Took the Choo-Choo train. Save your money and go to Trafalgar Falls/Emerald Pool from a taxi guide right outside the gate. Get there before all the tours leave to the falls.
Took the island tour, what a great island full of spice and fruits. If you time your visit right to Etang park you can see the Mona Monkeys and fee them bananas!
