Since we had decided not to explore the island on this trip, using local Hop On Hop Off bus company met our needs. It was also significantly cheaper than Celebrity options. Pick up was right at the port exit. Final drop off was close enough to walk back after lunch and shopping.
If the weather had been better and if it were not a national holiday, this would have been perfect. All key sites are in walking distance from the port, and the tour buses get you to other parts of town, plus give you information along the way. Much cheaper than going through Celebrity.
Tour company did a great job. P/U at port and transported to Seville via a regular bus. Once in Seville, split us up into two smaller groups. Did city tour on minibus, and walking tours of Plaza Espana, Alcazar, & Old Jewish Quarter. Plenty of time for lunch and independent activities. Tour of Cadiz coming and going, with drop off back at the port. Much better pricing than Celebrity and smaller groups.
