We did not get off of the ship due to heavy rain! The only way is the island is by tender and you have to get a ticket from the guest services desk with a time to leave the ship by tender.
Due to heavy rain, we did not get off of the ship. Other people who got off of the ship said that there was a lack of drainage in Nassau and that the streets were very wet with huge puddles. Many of the stores in town were closed due to the heavy rain. We were glad that we stayed on the ship
