Were transported to the cave by van. After see a short video we boarded a tram a rode through the Harrison's Cave. It was quite a sight. Well worth the investment.
Unfortunately, the weather in St. Lucia did not cooperate with us. That is not a fault of the port but it did interfere with our enjoyment as we had to cut our beach time short. The tour prior to arriving at the beach was fine. Nothing special. We have been to St. Lucia before and had enjoyed that experience very much.
There could have been more Customs agents on duty, especially due to the fact 2 ships were returning to port that AM. After disembarkation we were able to find a local taxi to give us and another coupe a nice tour of Old San Juan for a reasonable price and return us to the airport in the proper time for each of our flights respectively. It worked out great for both couples.
