short walk to port, but shopping was mediocre

City Tour Rating: 2.0 out of 5+
saw the local sights, spoke poor English, wasted time at emerald factory, dropped us at end in ugly old city. Shopping was a waste of time. Some stuff from China would have been an improvement! Dirty, ugly city with only some interesting architecture as "something to see"
