Went for a ride on the local bus to Casuarina but the tourist people at the wharf didn't have a clue about the local bus services! Quite a few people from the cruise were travelling around on the local buses that are free for seniors.

Very good and I enjoyed Green Island. It was a great day but not as good as the similar excursion organised by Royal Carribbean from Airlie Beach.

A long trip from Fishermen's Island to the city but the wharf people did a great job and the transfer from ship to bus was very easy. I spent the day looking around Brisbane with some friends of more than 40 years'; once again using public transport.
