Santiago (Valparaiso)
Port Rating:  We arranged private tours through a great local agency, Cocha. They had great vans for us and our fellow CC that we hooked up with on this site.
The city was an interesting couple of days, and the guides offered us much insight into the history of it and Chile. We must add that the Chilean people we met were just so friendly. We also had some great dining in beautiful restaurants. The city was all we expected and more.We will offer up a few thoughts about some ports that we visited. Some are not available to review on this site.

Port Rating:  Oh, we did buy a new camera at the duty free shop that everyone was flocking into. The price was higher than on the ship, and higher than buying it in the States, Once again, we learned that most of the duty free shops are offering no bargains.

Cartagena (Colombia)
City Tour Rating:  If there is a next time, we would skip the flea market type pf shops set up for the tourists. We also would skip the little plaza where they sell coffee.
I could really downgrade the tour rating to a 2 or 3, except Marelvy was so nice, and we did not suggest changing things.
