Catamaran tour was good fun and reasonable for the money paid.As we had been here before we then just walked into town and did a little shopping(avoiding all the jewellery shops),then we walked back to the ship.
We took a jeep tour that had been pre booked in the UK.The tour was was lovely but there was a strenuous hike to the top of a hill. The view at the top was not worth the climb though. The baths are stunning but you could catch a taxi to there very easily.
This is a beautiful place to visit. We had a short walk to the bus station to purchase a 2 day bus pass, which was 20 dollars per person. The buses are clean and safe(if a bit fast at time)with generally friendly drivers. We went to the naval dockyard and had a lovely time.
We ended up not docking here due to the weather, but it was no problem as the buses were still running(albeit a Sunday service due to Easter). However most things were closed as it was Easter but it was a pretty little place, and we watched the local church putting on a re-enactment of the Crucifixion which had a lot of atmosphere. We then caught the bus to Horseshoe bay and watched all the kite flying and listened to the gospel bands while walking on the beautiful beaches.
We docked at Manhattan and it was an easy walk into the main areas of New York.As we had been before we caught the subway to The natural history museum, where we spent a couple of hours. We also did some shopping and went to the cinema.
