Gatun Locks are a MUST SEE experience but skip the Potobelo tour. Long bus ride to an old, filthy fort and a brief visit to the beautiful but also dirty church with the "black Christ" statue. We visited during Holy Week and there were a lot of Panamanians there to pray in front of this statue.
Best of Cartegna tour. Takes you to all the important museums and a church; no time to see the fort as our driver waited 30 minutes for 2 people who could not or would not follow directions and return on time. We should have driven on and left them to take a taxi as their delay affected all of us who paid to see Cartagena. However, Cartagena is still one of my favorite ports.
Just awful altho the rum, beer, and rum cake samplings were good. Rum factory is one room with one container; Beer factory was also one room for shipping product (the rest was closed for cleaning); the Rum cake factory is mostly a gift shop. Not recommended.
