St. Croix: The tour with Big Beards to Buck Island. It was incredible. Even though this was not a ship excursion...it should have been. The quality of this excursion out shined that of the ship excursion (I asked those who took it.) These folks put on a great time: complete with BBQ accompanied by Mongoose and Hermit Crabs. Our concerns about getting back to the ship were laid to rest at the very beginning of the tour. The Captain and also the Owner stated clearly we would be back by 3PM in order for us to be back at ship a minimum of an hour earlier than required. Barbados: We walked through the cruise terminal right into the taxi of Angelia. She took us to the Brown Sugar Restaurant. It was beautiful and the food quite good. Service exceptional. Be sure to have the check converted to USD. It's prepared in Bajan. Brown Sugar: http://www.brownsugarbarbados.com/ -- After lunch we went to Rockley Beach...hung out with a bucket of beer and a beach chair. Then Angelia took us on a little tour where she told us about her Island home.
