Sail Date: Oct 2010
Cabin: Large Ocean View Stateroom

At the end of October 2010 I with 3 of my family, cruised from Fremantle Western Australia to Sydney via New Zealand.

The experience of boarding at Fremantle was the worst I have ever experienced. Unprofessional and a LONG wait. It was hot, and the lines was long. Almost two hours in line to board. Unlike boarding in Sydney, Fremantle was not well organised.

However, when we finally got aboard Radiance of the Seas, it took my breath away. It was glitzy and full of glamour.

Cabin Review

Large Ocean View Stateroom

Our cabin was a family Stateroom, portside, deck 7. We had a lovely big window.

two single beds, two bunk beds.

The speakers into the room didnt work and we frequently missed out on announcements.

The airconditioning was lovely and cool.

Wardrobe was large enough for the 4 of us.

The TV couldve gone up on the wall instead of taking up room on the bench.'

Great Hot water, shower decent size.

The room was quiet. We did not hear anyone walking up and down the corridor

Great access to the lifts and restaurants

Beds could be a little higher to be able to stash the suitcases underneath. Large suitcases were a bit difficult to stow.

One of the power switches was broken but there were enough to charge cameras etc

Ladders didnt sit properly and were always in the way.
