we booked our trip through ROL and it started with two great nights in Singapore. we enjoyed some great food there but could be pricey. getting on board was easy and we found the whole thing exciting as we had never cruised before. Our room was spotless with plenty of storage, very comfy bed slept like a log each night.A broken shower head was replaced within 20 mins.
Food was very tasty and went for the Asian options at every opportunity, why go there and eat steaks and European food!.Our first nights meal could have been spoiled had we let it, by two women whinging and complaining about something on their table, they spoke to anyone that would listen..we felt sorry for others at the table who had to listen to it all meal.it became obvious that this is a trait of some cruise goers, they treat the staff like inferiors and lackeys. The poor customer service staff had to listen to a succession of people complaining about all sorts, looking for freebies and upgrades no doubt!.It was also obvious that people expect EVERTHING on a plate for them.We booked a tour back in June to the royal palace in Bangkok and were made aware of a dress code, there were still people getting off the coach!,, that said they knew nothing about the dress code..the information was everywhere, read it. The clocks changed on the trip, loads of people did it the wrong day, again the information was everywhere! but of course it was someone else's fault that they got up early!.
The trips were full on and crammed as there was so much to see in just one day
comfy beds. good shower room. plenty of hanging space for 7 night cruise.
