We didn't realize this was a spring break cruise when we booked and I was concerned it might ruin our anniversary cruise to have so many kids onboard. Overall, this was not an issue. Most of the kids and even the college age spring breakers were well behaved.

The shows and food were typical for Carnival...not the best but enough to keep you well satisfied with the variety. The chocolate buffet was Delish! Also enjoyable was the burrito bar, which is like a Chipotle Carnival style. We did the early dining in the Black Pearl, and the service was excellent. The Maitre'd, Desi was unlike any Maitre'd I'd ever met. She is funny and involved with all the customers. She stopped at our table every night with a funny story. She treated our table to a bottle of champagne when she heard we were celebrating our anniversary and she personally leads the singing and dancing waiters.

We went parasailing in Cabo and zip lining in P.V. We did not book via Carnival and found vendors right outside the dock to buy from at virtually 1/2 price from the excursion price. We felt safe and well cared for by the vendors.

Cabin Review

Cabin 11

Lovely suite, with tons of storage space. Beautiful balcony. Near the elevator but not so close as to hear loud voices or crowds.
