Sail Date: Feb 2012
Cabin: Superior Oceanview Stateroom with Balcony

We have always cruised from Southampton with very little problem until we sailed with RCL, when we arrived at check in at the time RCL told us to be there we were greeted with a queue of 1000+ guests waiting to get on board. This took some 3 hours with some elderly passengers feeling really unwell, only to be told by RCL staff in a abrupt manner that there was 3500 guests to board. When we eventually got on board it took us 15 minutes to find a crew member to tell us where our cabin was.

The cabin itself was very nice and spacious with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, this is where the praise stops.

We had lots of problems with seating arrangements in the McBeth restaurant, ignorance from waiters and head waiter, accused of not paying bar bill and being over charged in restaurant, so much so that after the 3rd night we never dined in there again.
