I probably would not choose NCL again for a cruise.
First note that we were thrilled by Christian , our cabin steward. He always greeted us by name, and was friendly and attentive!
We were not happy with this cruise or ship - beginning with embarkation, which was delayed and the delay was poorly handled by the cruise lines. We ordered gift items to be in our cabin at arrival, and they were not there (we got to our cabin at 3:30 PM - arrived at the terminal at 1:15PM!!!!).

cabin 11130 was physically very nice room, but it needs work - there were multiple water leaks resulting in a wet carpet and a moldy smell in the room.
