Sail Date: Jan 2012

We took the same cruise in 2011, and enjoyed it so much we decided to repeat it in 2012. We wanted a quick getaway to somewhere warm, without having to fly. A short drive from northern Virginia to Baltimore, a quick check-in, and we were in our two-room suite in a short time.

Going in January can be risky, in that snow could have been a factor in getting to Baltimore, but we had an alternative plan - if snow had been predicted we would have stayed overnight in Baltimore. Fortunately, that wasn't necessary.

We enjoyed the cruise a lot. We didn't sign up for any shore excursions, but spent the day in Port Canaveral with a friend who has a home there.

Cabin Review

Cabin 11

Wrap-around balcony in rear corner of ship with great views. Huge bathroom, dual vanities, jetted tub. More than enough storage. Comfortable bed. Nice dressing room. Plenty of space to relax.
