Ship Facts: Carnival Liberty Review (by Cruise Critic!) | Carnival Liberty Deck Plans
Cruise with the family
Starting by : Half Moon in the Bahamas. The beach was extrodinary and the people were nice. Certainly it's a paradise! We really liked it. The water was like blue turkoise, very clean and just amazing!

St.Thomas, very good for shopping and the local people were very friendly. The beach was so so.The water was really dark and had alot of waves,Bahamas didnt.

Puerto Rico ( San Juan ) A bit cloud but hot. Definitely is not a place for its beaches. However, the city is very historical and good for sight seeing. He spent the day walking around and get to know better. People are very nice and frindly. We really liked it!

Grands Turk ( U S V I ) The beache it's beautifull, but not as in the Bahamas. My family had fun and they did snorkeling. It's very expensive there, food, arts crafts, anything you can imagine!

Coming back to the boat was okay till a night, and then we were in deck #9 Lido deck, and then we heard griding sound that last about 20 seconds. We did not know what to say or what happened. My wife started panic, cause was her first time on the ship,my kid was really scared and almost crying. I tried the best to not panic. They never mention that they were having problem with boat, they only make announced the next morning. We notice that the knots were diminished it. They just mention that one of the crew, was ill and need it medical assistance right away. Cause everybody notice that the speed was reducing, they announced that we are going to be docking later. First was 10AM @ Miami, and then they changed for 12:30 PM. We know that technical problem can happen anytime, but what we didn't like, was the fact that they did not mention earlier that we were having a PROBLEM WITH ONE OF THE PROPELLORS!!! ??? That is very unprofessional and disrespectful. We were all waiting to # to be call, but never happen. They have a very good plan, but only in paper in reality never what happen. Mr Karl with " K ' had a fantastic plan, but he end it up not informed us about anything!!! We were completely lost without know to do. Luckily we booked through carnival, flight. So we thought they will help us or assist us. They only got us a flight on the Sunday 11 leaving from Fort Lauder dale. We had to leaving from Miami to there in order to get our flight. Believe or not we got home yesterday 03:00 AM @ home.

Very disappointed!!! ):
