Our cruise was a celebration for my mother's 70th birthday. Five of us traveled together - my wife and me, my kids (9 and 7) in a connecting cabin, and my mother (solo) in an adjacent cabin. We sailed out of Ft. Lauderdale, traveling to Cozumel, Roatan, Costa Rica, Panama, Cartagena, and Grand Cayman.

Pre-departure - stayed at the Westin Diplomat, which is a great resort property. Pools and beach were very nice, and we didn't leave the hotel for the two days from arriving in FLL (Saturday mid-day) to our departure (Monday)

Departure - very smooth, much better than our norovirus delay on Princess a couple of years ago. We booked through AmEx Platinum travel, and AmEx amenities were in our statreroom when we arrived.
