This was our 4th cruise on Princess - we have also sailed on Royal Caribbean and Carnival cruise lines, and find Princess to be the best of the three. While Carnival offers very reasonable pricing, and Royal Caribbean's ships are beautiful we believe Princess matches and surpasses both of them. Caribbean Princess is a gorgeous ship - although it was difficult at times to find seating for the shows in the theater or lounges. Apparently the early shows are the most difficult for seating. The Caribbean Princess offers outstanding entertainment and there truly is something for everyone.

The Cruise Director, Graham, was outstanding however it was his last cruise. We were fortunate enough to have sailed on one of his cruises on the Grand Princess and he is quite entertaining. The staff did a great job - the crew was very friendly, outgoing and always willing to answer questions.

Due to poor weather, we were not able to go to Princess Cays and every passenger had their port charges refunded. Last year while sailing on Royal Caribbean's Mariner of the Seas, we did not dock at Grand Cayman, and they offered nothing at all to the passengers, so this was once again a great example of the customer service Princess offers.
