My daughter (30) and I (62)just got back from a fun time on Celebrity Summit. We flew down to San Juan on Friday so we'd have time to tour Old San Juan which was perfect for history loving me. Well worth it. We got to the ship around 3PM and breezed right on. Our outside stateroom on Deck 3 had plenty of room for us. The beds and linens are very comfortable. We ate at Qsine one night and it was really fun and the food was good; worth the experience. The main dining room food was mostly good. Always lots of choices. Sometimes it was better to order a few appetizers and skip the main course. The service was lovely and the portions were just right.

Excursions - We took the Catamaran Fan-Ta-Sea in St. Kitts. Highly recommend. Dominica's Favorites had just the right amount of walking and beautiful scenery. In Grenada we took a water taxi (easy to do; $8 per person round trip) to Grand Anse beach, rented chairs and enjoyed the tranquil water. Umbrellas also available or move your chair into the shade of the palms. A waitress brought us lunch (around $12 each). In St. Thomas we took the Lovely Island and Beach tour which included 2 hours at Magen's Bay and a drop off in Charlotte Amalie at the end for shopping. We would recommend just taking the easy to find group taxi to Magen's Bay and staying there as long as you want. We rented chairs and there was shade available.

The day at sea had lots of activities. I took the galley tour (well worth it) and saw the chefs cooking show(skip it) while my daughter sat at the pool. We met up for bingo and I won a game for the cash prize (which they put on your Sea Pass).

Cabin 04

Enough space for 2; good storage; good location; didn't miss a balcony; no hallway or public rooms noise
