This was our first Cruise ever and it was a great experience on the ship!! Everyone was great, the food was good (Try your best to eat dinner in the dining room). There were plenty there to do, The different shows and comedy clubs. I am writing this review more so to tell you about my experience in the Bahamas (Nassau)....I have NO COMPLAINTS about Carnival...Great cruise line...We had 2 Ports of call Freeport, which we did not get off in, so I have nothing to say here, and Nassau....My problem is with Nassau, First, when you get off the ship you walk into their "port" and IMMEDIATELY you are being stalked by people trying to sell you things, I have 2 young girls, and I was asked by every woman inside this building if they could braid there hair, no matter how many times I said no. When we found where the Taxi's are (they are right inside that building you first walk into, holding up signs) You wont get lost, because they are right there, well, we got a taxi over to "atlantis" which consists of several hotels on paradise island. They will try and talk you into going to Atlantis, because when you get where they drop you off right in front of another set of "sales" people. The taxi ride was $4 per person (please keep plenty of change, $1, $5, $10 bills) my Taxi was $16 and they made it very inconvenient to get change back, and they do this on purpose, so please bring plenty of change if you plan on shopping in these places. If you do get a ride over to "atlantis" please be aware that when you get to the beach that the taxi drops you off at, there will be more people right when you get dropped off trying to sell you Jetski rides, and etc...also as you walk to the beach these same people will be attempting to sell you the use of their beach chairs $10 ea, and umbrellas $20...I caved on a Beach Chair and Umbrella (It was very hot, and they pick this spot on purpose, because there is NO SHADE) before I even sat down I was asked by 3 more women about braiding my kids hair, as soon as I sat down, I was asked by women and men about buying drinks, chips, body wraps (like a thin material for women to wrap themselves in) My wife purchased 2 of these for $25, I must say if you do plan on buying any hair braiding, please negotiate, they started at $10 an inch (my girls have 18" - 24" of hair each) but they negotiated themselves all the way down to doing both of their hair for $20 because I kept saying no....So please, unless your rich and want to feed these people for life....Negotiate....There are plenty of them, trust me!!...We only stayed on the Beach for approx an Hour due to being tired of asked to buy something every 45 sec. So lets add this up

Taxi to Atlantis $20 (because he supposedly had no change)

Beach Chair $10

Cabin Review

The Cabins are pretty small, but you don't spend much time in them any way...They keep them very clean and neat every time you leave your room
