Just returned from the Canaries cruise on The Ind of the Seas. Not the best experience of cruising, in fact the worst. You try to make the most of a bad job. Plenty of activities through the day if you like Bingo, lectures or learning to rumba.

We booked a meal in the grill and ended up spending $110 for it, not bad food but not great.

If you want pampering in the spa or salons be prepared to pay extortionate prices. In fact everything on board is greatly overpriced. The wine we drink at home is £9 a bottle. On board over $50.
