brilliant holiday from start to finish, fabulous flights, excellent transfers and quite slick considering the number of people embarking at the same time as us,
cabin spacious, clean and beds very comfortable, tea and coffee making facilities would have been nice as we often wake in early hours and have a drink ( that's just personal preference)
did have issue with toilet not always flushing and shower poorly placed as in the corner of shower unit,
food in both restaurants excellent, unable to get into the al la carte restaurant due to popularity although don't think food could have been amy better than the meridian.
staff absolutely superb in all areas, very pleasant and polite, nothing too much trouble,
entertainment second to none, shows brilliant comedian excellent, and group Top Men were top class.
activities for all ages,
On day we were due to dock at one port, port staff went on strike so we were not allowed to dock, ship wasn't notified till late in the evening, 650 passengers were due to go on tours the next morning,
the staff dealt with situation brilliantly , organised to drop anchor, and tenders transported all passengers to and from the ship, yes it took time but it was carried out very efficiently.
would highly recommend and will book a cruise with Thompson again.
