Very nice cruise. Ship is also very nice. We have sailed with Carnival and Princess in the past. We always heard that RCI was one of the top lines to sail with and we like checking out other cruise lines and ships. We always do a pre and post hotel to maximize our vacation. This trip we were unable to do the post cruise. I will use scale of 1-10. 10 being best.

EMBARKATION: 10 Fast, our luggage was coming to our room as we were arriving. We traveled with our two sons ages 17 and 29.

STATEROOM: 9 #8102 located right off the elevators. I was concerned the noise might be an issue but it was not. This stateroom also has a much larger balcony than others with 2 loungers, 2 chairs, 1 chase and a table. Port side. Excellent view! The only negative is for a balcony room it was smaller inside than any other cruise ship we have been on. When sofa bed is out it is almost impossible to get around to the bathroom. If you are just two of you then it is no issue. Our boys ages 17/29 slept outside on balcony a couple nights. It was great weather and I love hearing the ocean sounds when I sleep as they did also. RCI could upgrade the TV's in rooms.

Deluxe Ocean View Stateroom with Balcony

Cabin E1

Smaller interior than we are used to but the greatest balcony ever! Great view! Not noisy at all and we were right off of the elevators and stairway.
