This is only our Second Cruise - having Cruised with Royal Caribbean on the Navigator of the Seas the first time. (keeping that in mind that's what I am comparing this experience to)

Arriving at FLL we were sent to the Convention Center to wait for the CDC to allow us to board the Crown upon inspection due to the Norovirus outbreak on the previous sailing. (I had read as far back as the Christmas sailing that the ship had been infected) We waited in the Convention Center from 1:30pm til 8pm when we were finally called to board.

We ate in the buffet of the Horizon's Court. Due to the virus, we were not allowed to help ourselves which is what it is but it just made for a longer wait in line. No pepper or salt on the table, had to ask for packets and never could reach to get them - it was handed to you.
