We had a good first cruise on the sky last week. The stateroom was surprisingly roomy and the beds were very comfortable. Our 6' son found the fold down bed comfortable too.
The ship and cabin were very clean. Hand sanitizer dispensers were at all dining areas and I noticed on CDC that Norwegian had a low overall rate of shipboard illness. Staff overall was very friendly. Embarking on the ship was really easy and disembarking was easy too.
The seas were too rough to go to the private island, but I appreciated the captain putting safety first.
The main area for improvement was the food. The buffet was good for breakfast with omelet and waffle station, but mediocre the rest of the time. Sail away cook out was disappointing with stale hamburger buns and ran out of Cole slaw. We had much better luck with the main restaurants, especially Crossings. Many of the desserts were good and we loved the coffee. Room service was quick and had good offerings, though the pizza - not so much
There were definitely party spots on board, but also many quieter spots to relax.
The entertainment was good.
We would go again!
