We tried this as a first cruise with a good low price.
We loved the employee's on board and all of the entertainment was top notch! The entertainment was actually TOO GOOD for the price of the cruise, so the other people ragging on the shows, I think your crazy.
The ports of call were good too and we had fun although the prices in Mexico are really REALLY high, and we didn't end up purchasing anything except for a hair braid.
The food was really good for the price of this cruise, I'd say it was on par with maybe Red Lobster except the presentation was much nicer on the cruise.
The buffet was disgusting just because of the SMELL, I don't know if it was the people or the food but it kinda smelled like dirty diapers in that area.
Our room was AWESOME, 1101 on the Spa Deck with a balcony. No one can look over room 1101's balcony there your at the top and there is a shield from the people playing putt putt to lean over that particular balcony.
Service was AWESOME all the way around!!! Way too good for the price of this cruise.
Only downfall--- the other passengers... a select few felt they were entitled to something and were very rude, to other passengers and to the crew. Are you kidding me!? You payed maybe 3-5 hundred for this cruise? Get over yourself--- you have no reason to act snobbish.
Like I said the value of this cruise was amazing!!! If not for the other passengers we would go with Carnival again but maybe if we spend a little more in the future we can weed out the ungrateful passengers.
