We had a wonderful time on the Carnival Triumph ship. This was our first cruise and we will definitely go on another.

The food was wonderful along with the service and both went far beyond our expectations. The people on the boat were friendly and fun. We made lots of new friends.

The day before the cruise ended we attended the debarkation meeting. We were told that we would be excused to leave by floors, we were not. This caused an awful scene at the elevators on our floor especially with the wheel chairs. Everyone was pushing and shoving and people in the elevators could not get out. Before our cruise began, I was told by my friends and colleagues that our luggage would be color coded and we would be excused from the ship by those colors and that didn't happen. Wheelchairs and pregnant women along with their families should be excused first. I understand that later on in the day people stood in line for 3 hours waiting to get off of the ship.
