I felt compelled to write a review because so many of the reviews I raced prior to my trip were horrible. I was quite apprehensive about taking this trip because of the reviews I read on this website. I'm here to tell you that it's obvious to me that these people have nothing better to do than complain.

The service was amazing. From the time we got on the ship (entire process took maybe 10 minutes from start to finish), to the room steward (Laura was fantastic) to our waiter (Ishan was a trip and a half!).

The food was amazing as well. We were in the Carmen dining room on the first floor. We didn't have a bad meal the entire time we were there. We had breakfast in the main dining room, the Windjammer Cafe, the Island Grill and in our room. Only on one occasion were we not able to get a table in Windjammer - we took our food out to the deck which was fine with us. Lunches were either on shore or in the Island Cafe and were fine. Dinner in the Italian restaurant was great and worth the $20 surcharge.
