While this was our first cruise....we are experienced travelers. We knew there would be a learning curve to go through and had open minds when we booked.

First thing I would say.....the rooms that are illustrated in the NCL brochure look nothing like the actual product. No bright colored striped bed covers and neat furniture. The room was clean. We had a balcony room and the glass on the balcony was dirty.

The bathroom sink had a large piece missing and some dents in the walls. Read more
