This was my third cruise and my boyfriend's first. We live in Texas so it was an easy 3.5 hour trip to Galveston. We came a day early and stayed at the Harbor House. Parking for the week was $20.00. We had a great time and a lot of fun.

Ship/cabin: Our cabin was small but there was ample room for us. The over the door organizer was very handy. We did have a problem with the toilet not flushing a few times but it was fixed quickly.

Food: We ate in the Windjammer for all but one breakfast and for every lunch. We used the solarium for snacks of pizza, hamburgers and fries. We ate every dinner except for Key West night in the dining room. The service was great, the food good and we had a couple of really good bottles of wine. We never had any ice cream from Ben and Jerry's (too full) but we did get coffee from Seattle's Best several evenings.
